We're looking for a Specialist Recruitment Team Manager to join us for an exciting opportunity working with a major client in the automotive sector.
The Role
As a Specialist Recruitment Team Manager in our fast-paced Recruitment Delivery Centre in Krakow, you'll play a key role in making sure we exceed our clients' expectations, to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service: transforming and improving the ways we work by shaping strong recruitment teams.
You will motivate, engage and manage both performance and potential of your reports so that each individual contributes to business results. You will be responsible for driving the right behaviours and a high performance culture within your teams and wider RPO division.
We'll look to you to build meaningful connections with each member of your team, aiding and supporting their development and performance, making you a role model for our organisation and our values. You'll be a key contact for both our business and its clients but most importantly, you'll be the go-to person for your team.
Some key parts of your role will include:
- Coaching and inspiring your team to success, including conducting regular performance reviews and quality checks for your team
- Provide guidance and support to team members including sourcing, screening/selecting candidates and client engagement
- Supporting the set-up of new recruitment services as we grow with our client, including creating measures and metrics to set up teams for success
- Overseeing the daily distribution of work within your team to achieve a timely, cost effective and accurate completion of the client's recruitment process
- Working closely with Recruitment Operations Managers, Account Director and other internal stakeholders
- Championing our People and Learning & Development initiatives, including collaborating with our HR team to make sure that HR policies and procedures are communicated consistently to your team
Who we're looking for
A motivator with a proactive approach, a flair for coaching, and ideally a background in or knowledge of recruiting, be that agency, inhouse, RPO, or recruiting in your sector – automotive for example. Wherever it is, you've got what it takes to succeed in an ever-changing environment. Dedicated to delivering results through your team, you focus equally on candidate experience, service delivery and operational efficiency.
To thrive in this role, you'll ideally need:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and working in a specialised recruitment environment
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop your team through proven team leadership skills
- An understanding of quality assurance, and an adeptness for providing constructive feedback to individual team members
- Proven experience of tracking and reporting on performance
- Planning/delivery of complex tasks within challenging deadlines
