Through our sandwich placement year, you'll take on the role of a Recruitment Coordinator. You'll learn how to deliver professional interviews that have been designed by our occupational psychologists. You'll also support with candidate communication and administrative tasks to support the busy recruitment and graduate programmes for our clients.

By fulfilling this role, you'll get to see how organisations attract candidates in a competitive market, and the candidate experience selection process that goes on behind the scenes. Additionally, you'll be enrolled in our Business Insight Programme providing learning experiences with subject matter experts from across our global business, covering topics such as HR Management, Commercial Awareness, and Creative Marketing.

We are looking for applicants that can commit to a full-time work placement (10 months- potentially extending to 12, 37.5 hours per week), located at our Bristol city centre office, working Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm (plus regular working from home days). The placement year will start in August/September 2025.
