As an experienced Sourcer, you won't just search - you'll solve. Whether embedded with one of our major clients or contributing to multiple projects, you'll play a crucial role in connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities. From hard-to-fill specialist roles to fast-paced, high-volume campaigns, you'll be part of a team that thrives on delivering results where others see roadblocks.
What You'll Do
Source Exceptional Talent: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and beyond.
Engage and Qualify: Build relationships with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess fit based on role requirements and culture.
Be a Talent Detective: Use data, research, and market insight to uncover hidden talent and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate and Contribute: Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to align sourcing with business needs.
Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity, track performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
- Experienced in hiring for blue collar, trade workers as well as corporate function roles.
- Track record of recruiting in to UK and Ireland is required.
- Understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods and relevant recruiting tools
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to changing priorities
- Research skills to identify potential candidates using various sourcing channels and tools effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working on multiple job openings simultaneously
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable operating in an international and fast-paced setting
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong research mindset and curiosity
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional European languages are a bonus)
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident using sourcing tools, CRMs, and reporting systems
- Collaborative and client-focused, with a problem-solving attitude
