As a key member of our Poland-based RPO team, you'll support one of our valued client accounts, taking the lead across the end-to-end recruitment process. From sourcing and screening to stakeholder management and offer negotiation, you'll deliver a seamless and high-touch candidate and client experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your workload and client reporting. Effectively prioritise and manage multiple roles and projects, ensuring KPIs, deadlines, and service levels are consistently met.
- Deliver excellent hiring manager care through well-researched vacancy briefings, regular progress updates, and stakeholder meetings—both virtual and in-person where required.
- Develop tailored sourcing and attraction plans to generate high-quality candidates. Contribute to job advert creation and advise on the most effective attraction channels.
- Review applications and conduct structured or unstructured telephone interviews, guided by hiring manager briefs or established scripts.
- Identify and proactively engage passive candidates using a wide range of tools and sourcing channels. Build and nurture relationships to ensure strong candidate conversion.
- Manage your priorities independently, maintaining accountability for meeting key metrics and deadlines.
- Stay ahead of sourcing trends and recruitment best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve performance and client outcomes.
- Accurately manage candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure all processes are followed to enable reliable, real-time reporting.
- Test existing workflows and contribute to process enhancements by sharing insights and recommendations with your manager.
- Use strong research skills to gather market intelligence that informs sourcing strategies and supports client decision-making.
- Deliver exceptional service that earns advocacy from hiring managers—evidenced by positive feedback and client endorsements.
- Ensure requisitions are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets, demonstrating an understanding of the client's commercial needs.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and processed in line with internal standards and relevant data protection regulations.
