Job Description

Role: Intern, Recruitment

Duration: 6 months

The Role

Throughout the internship you will have an opportunity to participate in a number of training programs and perform meaningful work. You will work in a truly international environment and as part of our team, you will get to experience our people-focused culture. You will always have a buddy who will guide you through the program and support your development. Finally, when it comes to your range of duties it may include:

• Screening CVs
• Scheduling interviews
• Phone and video assessments
• Sourcing candidates
• Preparing reports
• Other duties as needed

Who we're looking for:

• Fluent English C1 or above (knowledge of another language is a plus)
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• Keen interest in recruiting  
• Good communication skills and openness to meeting new people
• Adaptability, as you will be asked to work across different projects
