We're looking for Recruiters to join us as part of our growth to support clients in FY26.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to help our clients find and hire exceptional professional talent, for a range of positions across different indsutries.
Working within PeopleScout's RPO environment, you'll use a direct, brand-led approach to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. You may be dedicated to a single large client or manage multiple project-based assignments, owning roles end-to-end or supporting specific stages of the recruitment lifecycle depending on client needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering great outcomes for both hiring managers and candidates.
What you'll be doing
- Managing vacancies from briefing through to offer and onboarding (or specific stages of the process)
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, challenges, and market conditions
- Designing and delivering effective sourcing and attraction strategies
- Proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates using a range of tools and channels
- Screening and interviewing candidates via phone and digital platforms
- Providing outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
- Managing multiple priorities while meeting agreed KPIs and deadlines
- Maintaining accurate records across ATS/CRM systems
- Using market insight and data to advise clients and improve hiring outcomes
- Working collaboratively with senior recruiters and delivery teams to achieve client success
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a recruiter who can adeptly manage shifting priorities and varying requisition volumes across a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has a keen interest in leveraging social media and AI tools to enhance the recruitment process.
To thrive in this role, you'll ideally need:
- Background in a proactive recruitment environment (agency, in-house, RPO, executive search, or recruitment coordination)
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proven ability to source and approach candidates across multiple platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and candidates
- A track record of solving recruitment challenges using initiative and creativit
- Fluent English.
