What you'll be doing
- Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability.
- Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while supporting diverse recruitment projects.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful Sourcer who thrives on finding the right talent in challenging markets. You'll have experience in recruitment and a strong grasp of sourcing techniques, with the ability to leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover exceptional candidates. If you're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong research skills and a passion for connecting people to opportunities, we want you on our team.
To thrive in this role, you'll ideally need:
- Previous recruitment experience and strong LinkedIn knowledge (Recruiter module is a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- Research skills and familiarity with sourcing tools.
- Advanced English; other European languages are a bonus.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
