Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume positions for PeopleScout's RPO clients. The Recruitment Coordinator will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires a highly observant person who can relate to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruitment Coordinator must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone interviews to evaluate candidates based on the role requirements
- Scoring and evaluating candidates who have submitted recorded interviews
- Managing daily information/candidate data tracking in the systems
- Handling candidate enquiries via phone and email, providing information and support regarding their applications and recruitment status.
- Providing partners /clients with regular updates on work status and progress
- Building client brand by creating excellent candidate experience
- Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
- Identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is required
