- Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (entry level and senior positions available)
- Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days from home)
- Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Contract: 3 & 6 month Fixed Term Contracts available
- Salary: Starting from £25,500 per annum (pro rata)
- Interview Dates: Commencing 1st September 2026
- Job Start Date: from November 2026

We're looking for people with a passion for customer service to join our Recruitment Teams, either in Entry Level or Senior Coordinator positions, to help us deliver hiring activity for this historic organisation.
What will I be doing?
As a Recruitment Coordinator in our delivery team, you'll play a key role in delivering world-class recruitment support, making sure we give every candidate a positive experience when they apply for our client's job vacancies.
You'll oversee the candidate selection process that goes on behind the scenes, helping our client to hire the right people for their jobs.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial application to final outcome
- Coordinating assessments and evaluating candidate suitability
- Managing and updating candidate information accurately using internal and client systems
- Handling candidate queries professionally via phone and email
- Keeping hiring managers and partners informed with regular progress updates
- Contributing to a best-in-class candidate experience, strengthening client brand reputation
Who we're looking for

Any previous recruitment or customer service experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential - our training team will give you all the information and guidance you'll need to succeed when you join.
We're looking for people with a passion and drive for delivering great customer service. You'll be a clear, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll also be comfortable working in a fast paced team environment.
Alongside this, you'll have:
- A strong attention to detail and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to multitask and stay organised across several recruitment projects
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
What else do I need to know?
This is a high security client account, which means you'll need to complete an enhanced pre-employment clearance check if you're successful (Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 + Counter Terrorism Check).
This will include checking criminal, intelligence and national security records, public records and credit agencies. You'll also be asked to provide details for immediate family members, friends and people you closely associate with. Once you've submitted the form, it usually takes around 2-3 months for the vetting to be complete.
We encourage you to consider this carefully, and only apply if you're comfortable with these checks being carried out, if you're successful.
